You may return any unused and unworn items within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

To initiate a return, simply contact us in 3dbowhub@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s)(photos and video) you wish to return within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:

We take responsibility for the cost of return shipping if the item received is defective or incorrect. 

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
