Can I cancel my order?Yes, you can cancel your order with 3DBowHub as long as the item has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hrs with your order number. if the item is shipped its out of our hands and cancellation is not possible.

Can I return an item purchased ?No, you cannot return an item purchased from 3DBowHub but if the item is damaged on arrival due to transit we do take returns within 7 days of receiving your order. please read our return policy page.

When will I get my order delivered ?At 3DBowHub, we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We dispatch you order within 3 day. Generally, domestic orders within India can expect delivery within 3-5 business days.

Can i get my products customized ?Yes we do customize our product for bulk orders (5 or more). We need a week to 10 day depending on the design of the item to make the products and a another 5 day for shipment to reach you. Your order should be placed 15 day prior.
